Step inside and raise a pint to Chadderton’s community spirit. Built in 1851 and once known as the Britannia Hotel, the Washbrook Tavern has long been part of the fabric of the neighbourhood; a proper local tucked among the chimney pots off Middleton Road. Following a top pub makeover the Washbrook is newly reimagined, keeping the same warmth and welcome that’s always made it home. A comfortable bar lounge on one side, a lively games area with pool and darts on the other. Outside, a decked beer garden awaits when the sun decides to show up, with plenty of parking on site. Whether you’re watching the match, catching up over a pint of JW Lees cask ale or celebrating something special, you’re always welcome.
